The Trespass Assistance Request form is used by the Colton Police Department to assist business owners or property managers with chronic trespass violations related to unwanted persons loitering about the business locations property. The form authorizes members of the Colton Police Department to act on the behalf of the owner/property manager where persons are found to be loitering or trespassing about the property. These requests are valid for a maximum of six (6) months. The business owner has the option to renew the request if they wish upon the expiration. This is done simply by filling out another form, and submitting it to the Colton Police Department.
